Kevin Dingley
Kevin has over 28 years experience in the IT industry and was previously
working as Manager, European Technology Support and Project Management for
an American software company providing first
class customer
focused solutions. Consultancy services were provided to Blue chip companies
which included Barclays Bank, BUPA, Inland Revenue, Bank of Scotland, NatWest,
HSBC, ING Bank,
GE Capital
and Bank Austria. Excellent team building and customer liaison skills have
resulted in "repeat business".
Kevin is an experienced Project Manager having
run many projects within the UK and Internationally
and has a project management acreditation.
Kevin's experience has enabled him to gain skills in a range of platforms
(Mainframe, Sun, AIX and PC), Databases (Access, MS/SQL and Oracle), Operating
Systems(OS/390, Unix, Windows 98/NT/2000/XP) and all software products relating
to these systems.
Dr Kate Dingley BSc(Hons), PgCert. Diploma Public Relations
Kate read for a degree in Computing and Applied Psychology
and then did research for a PhD on a computer usability topic. She has a
post graduate certificate in teaching and learning and is
currently involved in research about how people use computers.
Kate has a great deal of experience in teaching and
training, both designing and delivering courses, in higher education and for
blue chip companies.
Kate has experience in sales and marketing,
teaching,training, libraries and research.
